70 Hours Adventure – Terms & Conditions
By booking a trip, package, or event with 70 Hours Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
- Full payment is due by the stated due date on your invoice or booking confirmation.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- 90+ days before departure → Deposit retained, remainder refunded or credited.
- 60–89 days → 50% refund.
- 30–59 days → 25% refund.
- < 30 days → No refund.
- If 70 Hours Adventure cancels a trip (safety, weather, or low enrollment), you may choose a full refund or future credit.
- Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health documentation. We are not liable for denial of entry or missed travel due to incomplete paperwork.
- Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may be adjusted for operational or safety reasons. Equivalent substitutions will be provided when possible.
- Health & Conduct
Participants must disclose medical conditions that may affect participation and follow all safety guidance. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
- Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage is strongly recommended.
- Liability Disclaimer
70 Hours Adventure acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation, etc.). We are not liable for losses, injuries, or expenses resulting from third-party actions or events beyond our control.
- Media Consent
By joining a trip, you consent to photos and videos being used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before departure.
- Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your belongings at all times.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
